Description

Two detailed and intricate schematics of a (far, far away) galaxy's most iconic droids glow vividly in orange and blue, resting inside metallic, color-coded frames. This effect (which isn't adequately conveyed in photos) is achieved by laser etching a pieces of clear acrylic and side-lighting them with a strip of light emitting diodes (LEDs). The pieces are comprised of laser etched and cut acrylic, with a black backing and metallic gold and silver frames accented with industrial metal screws that keep the works secured. Each piece measures approximately 10" tall by 6.5" wide and their illumination comes from a strip of LED's that are attached to the etched surface, sandwiched between the frames. Individual power cords exit from the bottom left of each piece, and two standard AC power sources with a black 6 foot cords are included. These droids come ready to hang via an attached picture hanging wire. Hooks and nails are also included. The pieces have soft rubber bumpers on the back to prevent scuffing the surface on which it rests, and to make hanging them straight a breeze.
